To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

This Deck has a heavy focus on using Willowdusk's ability with as much benefit as possible. Usually this does work better with lifeloss. But all the life you lost is nothing compared to the life gained by giving creatures lifelink or using lifelink creatures first hand.
One thing worthy of note is that the mana base can be used as constant source of life loss. Although this is sometimes pretty risky it does end into some pretty epic and close games. You can also use the "untap" creatures to bounce Overgrown Tomb and replay it for 2 life loss.

I have changed the Ramp Spells a bit. Accomplished Alchemist and Fertilid are just too clunky, although the synergy seems great at first glance. I also wanted to have more evasive creatures, Nighthawk Scavenger seems to be an auto include. Silhana Ledgewalker may be debatable but imo the hexproof and evasion make it worth it.

Valentin, Dean of the Vein comes in as another early game lifelink source. While Mindless Automaton can be a great source of card advantage. Flay Essence has been the worst removal spell of the bunch and the deck does have quite a bit removal. Ezzaroot Channeler feels more and more unnecessary because the overall cmc of the deck is quite low, the 2 life gain don't make up for this.

Sanguine Bond has been underwhelming so far. Same goes for the Marshland Bloodcaster.

Still working on the mana base. I expect Castle Locthwain and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to be great additions. Especially Urborg can help you regulate your life loss through lands more by giving you the ability to tap for black or use pain abilities.

It feels like the deck needs more card draw. Unfortunately I haven't found the right piece yet. Maybe Ad Nauseam, but I don't own it. For now I try Doom Whisperer as Pseudo Card Draw. Suggestions are welcome!
