If anyone has a suggestion on how to improve this deck (if I even should) I would be grateful. Thanks in advance. :)

A personal rule is to not be too oppressive (Ex. no Possessed Portal, Nevinryrral's Disk etc.)

The goal of the deck is to win a battle of attrition by playing up to 5 cards per turn from the graveyard.

A lot of ramp is essential in order to get enough mana to play multiple cards from the graveyard each turn, as well as casting Muldrotha as fast as possible.

Only 5 blue cards made the cut including Muldrotha so I am only running 4 basic Islands and a Command Tower. With how many ways there are to fetch basic lands I have never had a problem, even if they destroy a few.

I only have 3 cards in the card draw section but other cards in other sections have slight card draw built in as well.

Disclaimer: You may disagree with where I put cards, but I just put them in the group that I primarily use them as.
