There are two obvious ways to build this, unblockable creatures or bad creatures. This deck goes with the latter mostly. Of special note are the Abyssal Persecutor, who buys you time to establish your win, and the Hellcarver Demon to minimize exactly how much of an opponent's deck they actually get to use. I've seen mention of using Plague Reaver, and I do see the appeal. The problem is, its ability triggers at the same time as Irenicus's so you'll end up losing him in the process of passing it off. If you can find a way to get around that problem, it makes a great addition.
There is a third way to build it, if you want people to hate you. Fill the deck with stuff like Bronze Bombshell or Bog Serpent and watch games end in a draw due to an infinite failed sac loop.
Now, obviously, one creature per turn is going to be quite slow so you need more cards to help hand stuff over. Assault Suit passes something around the board, Lithoform Engine, Strionic Resonator, and Spark Double help to double up on Irenicus's trigger. And of course there's a few other cards to simply move things about in the normal fashion.
You need your creatures to survive repeated combats to keep getting you extra cards, so indestructible, persist, or otherwise sturdy creatures such as Darksteel Myr, Putrid Goblin, or Dralnu, Lich Lord are ideal. Similarly, you want to be able to exploit all the combat deaths you'll be forcing. Blood Artist, Falkenrath Noble, and Syr Konrad, the Grim do an excellent job of chipping away at the other players while also, in the former two's case, giving you a little extra health for later.
Finally, you need to make sure you're not the one dying here since you've given away all your creatures. Koskun Falls and Propaganda keep what can be sent your way down to a minimum, while the Bloodthirsty Blade, Impetuses and Vows keep things pointed at your opponents. As for when it becomes 1 on 1 you have a few options to help you out here, Liliana, Death's Majesty and In Garruk's Wake can wipe the board, possibly making use of Cauldron of Souls to pick your pieces back up, while Homeward Path simply takes back your "gifts" leaving them with the power boost from earlier.
