Golgari Elves! I was expecting a commander for a tribal match in these colors from Lorwin, and now she is here.
The strategy of the deck varies according to the situation, and Lathril, Blade of the Elves allows you to experiment on every front.

Her ability to create elf tokens to every damage she deals is excellent, considering her menace ability too.
The first approach is therefore "armed Lathril"; with cards like Alpha Authority, Blackblade reforged, Vorrac Battlehorns, Dauthi Embrace and Stoneforge masterwork it can always be a problem if the attack hits.
We can also make it more powerful with cards like Death's presence, Timberwatch Elf, Wirewood pride, Immaculate Magistrate, Ivy Lane Denizen to then give her the trample ability with Ezuri, Renegade leader or Fully grown.

Now that we have the elf tokens, let's move on to Lathril, Blade of the Elves second ability, . Tapping 10 elves we control, we gain 10 life and each opponent loses 10. I just want to say Vitalize and Benefactor's Draught. Oh and Seedborn Muse too.
Activate Lathril. Activate her again. Why not, activate her every turn. While this will cost you a target drawn on your head, it sure will be fun.
If we have enough elves on the field we will just need to untap our commander to reactivate it, and cards like Seeker of Skybreak and Wirewood Symbiote (this will help a lot to protect it from removal spells) will allow us to do so.
We don't have enough elves on the field? Ambush Commander helps us; now every forest is a tapper for Lathril's ability.

Thanks to our commander we will gain a lot of life, so why not abuse it? Let's throw it into Aetherflux Reservoir, or use it as fuel for Bolas's Citadel. Abuse the lifegain trigger with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, ore the old but gold Sanguine Bond.

However, we can create elf tokens even without Lathril , thanks to Nadier, Agent of the Duskenel, Lys Alana Huntmaster, Dwynen's Elite, Freyalise, LLanowar's Fury, Elvish Promenade, Second Harvest and Elven Ambush.
We can benefit from the number of our tokens from cards such as Wellwisher, Shaman of the Pack, and Bomination of Llanowar; we can do better, however, by making each elf bigger with Canopy Tactician, Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen, Elvish Archdruid, Pride of the Perfect and Imperious Perfect.
Even the death of the elf tokens, however, will be useful to damage enemies and gain life, thanks to Poison-Tip Archer and Nadier's Nightblade, as well as to draw cards with Moldervine Reclamation and Miara, Thorn of the Glade.

We will drawing thanks to Guardian Project, Miara, Thorn of the Glade, Return of the Wildspeaker, Benefactor's Draught, Beast Whisperer and Moldervine Reclamation.

As removals we can use Elvish Dreadlord, Eyeblight Massacre, Putrefy, Deathsprout and Eyeblight's Ending.

For ramping we will have Cultivate, Harvest Season and Kodama's Reach available, as well as creatures such as Canopy Tactician, Elves of Deep Shadow, Elvish Mystic, Farhaven Elf and Fyndhorn Elves.

This is not a competitive deck, the mana curve is a little high on 4 cmc ( not a big problem with all the mana dorks present), but casual for fun and full of elves, without too many commitments.
I hope it will interest you!

Have a good time :)
