Vial & Krark (EDH / Commander) [Revisão 13]

Hello there, I really hope this deck suits your tastes my dear giftee. Your prompt was somehow vague, so I decided to gift you something kind of junky yet fun and with ample margins of upgrade.

The idea of this deck is to hit your opponent with Vial Smasher so we have a lot of high CMC cards that we can cast for alternative costs. Krark's downside of not always being able to see our cards in play is by all means not as bad as it sounds. With Vial Smasher in play, we might enjoy losing the coin flip and seeing the spell returned to our hand to heavily hit our opponents later or we can copy it as well. All in all, the strategy is versatile but somewhat inconsistent.

To support our gameplan, we have tons of Guttersnipes that hit our opponents when we cast spells. Being a spellslinger deck at core, we need to draw a lot but twisting the strategy a bit I decided to favor stuff that exile cards we can play later. Passionate Archaeologist is amazing with this deck since we have two commanders!

Being on a budget there are some compromises that I had to make. First of all, we don't play much recursion or tutoring. Nightmare Sheperd is amazing value for the money since we don't have much fodder and those Transmute spells can help us a lot: please keep in mind that Brainspoil can net us every "Escalating" card but Descent into Avernus and that Shred Memory will tutor us Krark's Thumb.

If you want to upgrade the deck I'd avise better mana rocks and better dual lands but also stuff like Professor Onyx or Blood for the Blood God. You could also change commanders to a pure Hidetsugu deck with aristocrats for less than 10 bucks.
