Hello this is my try to make dragons a modern viable strategy.
The deck is easy to pilot what makes it beginner friendly. in the following lines i'll describe
why the cards i added are part of the deck.
Creatures:

Sprite Dragon - Sprite dragon is a cheap dragon to trigger of dragon tempest. its a general threat and triggers
each time u cast an noncreature artifact witch this deck plays a lot of. Also Sarkhans +1 makes this creature
a free cast.

Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge - Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge is a fast beater that should be easy to access.
5/4 for 3 is huge and only a few decks have answers to a card like this early or want to use them on turn 3 already. if
Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge lifes for only a single attack it probably made its job already pretty good.

Galazeth Prismari - the new set introduced the new elderdragon and im defently not going to pass on them.
at least not on Galazeth. He Turns all your artifacs into Moxes for instants and sorceries what gives you more
flexibility in order to cast removal by tapping your artifacts instead of your lands to cast Dragons and be able to lightning blot
your opponents face or deal with their other threads.

Thunderbreak Regent - this is a very solid dragon card that punishes the opponent if he tries to interact with
your Dragons. its probably one of the best 4 CMC options you have for dragon decks

Glorybringer - This card deals with creatures and pushes for tons of damage. only playing one since you can recycle it with
heaven of the spirit dragon and as a 5 Mana card its probably going to hit in late game anyways so ure not want to hard draw
this permanent.

Terror of the Peaks - same as glory bringer this card is a nice addition to the deck especially with thunderbreak regent.
since its also an unpleasend hard draw we play only 1 copy.

Artifacts:

Engineered Explosives - aggrodecks and small threads in general are a problem because ure not good with
handeling multiple threats. So having an artifact that synergizes with some of your cards and gets rid of some threads is good even if its only for CMC 2 or less but if you need different kind of removal there are 3 anger in your sideboard to fix that problem. Can also be casted for 0 to make moxes for your removal spell if Galazeth Prismari is up + its and additional artifact that makes your Gadrak alife and synergizes with sprite dragon.

Everflowing Chalice - im pretty sure that some players would argue that this card is kind of a wierd one but its also a card that can be cast for 0 to create moxes for removal. Also this card can provide you more than 1 mana in grindier games. But i agree that you may switch this card up with Mind stone as well but i guess thats a matter of taste at this point.

Mishra's Bauble - this should be self explaining. it gives you information draws cards, goes with your main cards well and is in general a good cheap card i would not pass on.

Trinisphere - this card is probably one of the strongest plays your deck have. Throwing down a trinispere means your removal raises in price but thats not a big of a deal if you bring out Galazeth and a ton of artifacts. Your opponents on the other hand will have a huge problem with dealing with your threats since they have to pay 3 mana for their Paths and pushs. this is a good health ensurance for your dragons and also makes it Harder to interact with em, counter em or keep up while they deal with one dragon and you re cast a notherone as they are tapped out.

Sorceries:

Tundra Fumarole - this very slow card is a removal that plays around your sphere very well and if youre fetching out your snow coverd cards you can get a lot of value by getting 3 mana back after resolving it - trigger your sprite dragons casting another dragon etc.

Instants:

Lightning Bolt - classic removal. will up itself to 3 mana with an active spere but you play a lot of cards to deal with that isshue.

Planeswalker:

Sarkhan, Fireblood - the 2. best 3 drop in your deck is sarkahan. you really want to see this card a lot. this casts your sprite dragons for free, makes your thunderbreak regent a 2 drop and also soaks up the cost of searching a dragon with haven of the spirit dragon. if this planeswalker enters the stage you can search for anydragon u like EOT since he comes up with hte 2 mana for dragon u just spent to sac your resource and get yourself that card you need.

Enchantments

Dragon Tempest - this card is generally good in dragon decks. gives em haste and also makes damage while dragon entering the battlefield what can win you games if the mass gets over 3. so its basicly a lightning bolt each time u cast a dragon + its ups its damage.

Lands:

Blast zone - just a good way to deal with one drops in the land base so its not counterable and hard to interact with

Blinkmoth nexus - Just another artifact in land form Also gains haste from dragon tempest and can support your attackpower a little bit.

Crucible of the Spirit Dragon - i play a 2/2 split on crucible and haven. its an okay ish card but its probably also okay on 1 copy. its more desinged for grind games you need to look if you like to play this card or not.

Fiery Islet - solid land in UR nice redraw

Haven of the Spirit Dragon - recycles your dragons. We could aslo include sarkhans triumpf in the deck, And also grands u any mana u need for your dragon spells.

Snow covered island - to access blue mana if you are sideboarding bloodmoon

Snow covered Mountain - to synergize with Tundra fumarole

Unclaimed Territory - we are playing dragons so not a bad card canalso be replaced with another copy of Haven of the spirit dragon but this is an additional "name" so if stuff arranges that dont let u play card names (there are a few cards that does it) you still have acess to a UR land for your dragons that dont ping you for damage thats why its here.

For the side board:

Srgical extraction - to deal with combo decks early on

Damping Sphere - to beat stupid land shenanigans, shuts down your lands as well but u defently dont want to get locked with academy ruins as well and you can cast stuff from your top of your library so since the deck is not depending on what your lands do i found that a creative way to go.

Anger of the gods - will prbably not kill your stuff since the opponents board is gone forever. If you have troubles to get the threads away with engineered explosives cuz ure opponent plays 1 - 2 and 3 offs a lot you can switch to this card.

Blood moon - your deck donsnt need to cast blue spells. i included a snow covered island to go that route but trust me if youre boarding blood moon, slam it down. no matter what. youre stuck on red - yes but the enemy deck is way more hindered by this than you are since you can still play your best cards while your opponents just cant play magic the gathering.
