Eternal Artisan: Dimir Oops All Spells (Casual)

Eternal artisan, legacy rareless, silverblack, peasant plus.
Resolve a Balustrade Spy or an Undercity Informer to mill out your library because you are not playing any lands, putting your Narcomoeba into play, then sacrificing them to Dread Return for Laboratory Maniac. Then draw a card to win the game.
Discard important cards that you need in your graveyard like Laboratory Maniac or Dread return by returning Phantasmagorian to your hand.

Fast mana has been drastically reduced in this version to try to balance the decks power level.

This deck is a part of my Eternal Artisan Battle Deck collection. They are 60 card constructed decks that use the Eternal card pool (like Pauper, Legacy, and Vintage) and use any card that has been printed as a Common or Uncommon.
