Strategy:

Enchant a Pili-Pala with a Dual-Casting to create a Copy-Pala that can copy instant and sorcery spells for effectively paying any two mana (starting with one red). Then cast Manamorphose and copy it to reenable the copying process with the resulting mana, repeating this while drawing the entire deck. Finally cast Laboratory Maniac with the mana of the last resolving spell and one from exiling a Simian Spirit Guide, then cantrip and win. All other cards in the deck provide mana or cantrip with the exception of Muddle the Mixture as a counterspell or tutor.

A perfect run would include a Pili-Pala, a land and an additional mana source, Simian Spirit Guide or Gemstone Caverns (when not playing first), in turn 1, a Dual-Casting and a land in turn 2, and a Manamorphose plus any additional mana source like a land in turn 3.

The odds for a Pili-Pala, a land and a Simian Spirit Guide in your starting hand are 14.3% when playing first and for a Pili-Pala, a land and a Simian Spirit Guide or a Gemstone Cavern 21.3% when palying second. The 0-mana-cantrips increase the possibilitie of getting what you need, but it is always gambling. The odds for the turns are very hard to calculate, but it is obvious that you should not reckon to have everything ready before your fourth turn.

How to play this deck:

It is no good idea to count on the higher odds of playing second, because what matters are the turns your opponent had before you can win, not how many turns you had. It is very important to have a Pili-Pala early, because it is the first card to play for the combo and can't be used the turn it is played. If you don't have one in your starting hand, you should take one, at most two mulligans to get one (if you don't think it is worth to keep your hand for other reasons). With all your cantrips you'll rush through your deck probably having seen about half of it in turn 3, but you still had to cast every card of the combo. As last warning. A single Manamorphose isn't a cantrip, and you need one additional mana, land or Simian Spirit Guide, at the end to cast Laboratory Maniac. Keep an eye on how many 0-mana-catrips and Simian Spirit Guides you used!
