Shire, Baggins (EDH / Commander) [Revision 2]

The Ring gains the following effects, in order:

• Your Ring-bearer is legendary and can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.
• Whenever your Ring-bearer attacks, draw a card, then discard a card.
• Whenever your Ring-bearer becomes blocked by a creature, that creature's controller sacrifices it at the end of combat.
• Whenever your Ring-bearer deals combat damage to a player, each opponent loses 3 life

Bilbo wants to swing each combat to make treasures, replaying him a few times to get all 4 Ring Levels active. Ideally it drains out the table over a few turns.
This deck was assembled under a deck-building restriction of every card being under $1 at time of building, and I needed to have a physical copy of the card for it to be in the deck, because it is played unsleeved. It's not an exceedingly fast deck, but can get to 4 Ring Tempts reliably. Makes a decent number of artifacts (treasures), and plays a lot of instants/sorceries for Guttersnipe pings. Minor theme of copying good creatures, or borrowing other players creatures for a turn.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.
