Flicker card draw and ramp for value. Play non-aggressive to start, only attacking with brago- if you can get free hits in, and making and holding blockers with token generation. Play politics with your removal enchantments. Say you'll blink your exile enchantments onto targets of one opponents choice, if they'll let in free hits of your commander.

Infinite mana combo - have scholar of the ages on the board. play peregrine drake for 5, and untap 5 lands. tap 5 lands again, and float the mana. play ghostly flicker, flickering the two creatures, which costs three, but untaps lands again, leaving 2 floating mana. scholar returns ghostly flicker from the graveyard to your hand, which means you can repeat the process, getting at least 2 extra mana per instance.

After you have infinite mana, start ghostly flickering scholar and something else, like venser, to bounce peoples entire boards, or any of the token generators for infinite tokens, or one of the card draw creatures, to draw most of your deck.

An example of a win would be to

Step 1, go infinite mana, while having draw on the board.
Step 2, draw until you have crashing drawbridge, and a way to give it haste (play both, but don't tap drawbridge until after you've made your tokens.)
Step 3, draw until you have a token generator, play it, and then make infinite tokens.
Step 4, tap your hasted crashing drawbridge, to give everything else haste(all your new tokens), and then swing with infinite tokens, while holding counterspells for any response.

Peregrine drake also goes infinite with Deadeye Navigator, and Eldrazi Displacer
