Welcome to the ultimate shapeshifter deck.

Part 1 : Ramp to snowball
The deck is five color so you gonna need a lot of sources of mana. Use classical ramp like Arcane Signet or Cultivate and use your shapeshifters to help you with Gemhide Sliver or Harabaz Druid. Don't forget to keep a changeling dude in hand to use tribal dual land.

Part 2 : The First Sliver
The guy is a 7/7 and allows you to make a first cascade and fix your board state. Once he is in play you can quickly create a swarm of shapeshifter by cascading one or two time every time.

Part 3 : Find what you need
One thing very important in the deck structure is the fact that all cards below 2 CCM are shapeshifters execept for Profane Tutor and Ancestral Vision. You can be sure to cascade on theses cards when The First Sliver is in place. In substance, be ready to have a free tutor and 3 new cards in your hand the turn after you play the commander. Use consitent card draw like Guardian Project or Azami, Lady of Scrolls to always have ressources.

Part 4 : Protect your folks
You don't want to fall behind after a board clear. Be sure to protect your creatures with card like Knight Exemplar or Full Moon's Rise. You can count on Storm of Souls to make a insane comeback in the game.

Part 5 : Do some non sense and have fun
Use unique and insane cards like Peer Pressure to steal entire board, Rooftop Storm to have free stuff to play or Silumgar, the Drifting Death to close the game.
