Overview:

You need Prime Speaker Vannifar + 1 creature of your choice on the board in order to win the game. It's even better if you already have the enchantment (Concordant Crossroads) on the board to play the combo faster and finish the game in 1 turn!

Tactical approach:

1.
Use Brainstorm, Worldly Tutor and Sylvan Tutor to finde Prime Speaker Vannifar and Concordant Crossroads. (Tip: After casting Brainstorm you can use your Fetchlands or tutors to shuffle your deck when you don’t have the cards you’re looking for on the top of you library)

2.
Use Prime Speaker Vannifar ’s ability and sacrifice another creature you control to search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature's mana value, put that card onto the battlefield.

3.
Use the entering creature to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar and sacrifice that creature afterwards with Prime Speaker Vannifar to search for a creature again. Now repeat and repeat until you can search for Child of Alara.

4.
Sacrifice Child of Alara, now you can wipe the board! (including Prime Speaker Vannifar)

5.
Now search for Sister Hospitaller to return Prime Speaker Vannifar from you graveyard to the battlefield. Repeat and sacrifice Sister Hospitaller to search for Protean Hulk!
Now you almost made it.

6.
Use the unearth ability of Fatestitcher in your Graveyard to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar and Sacrifice Protean Hulk for one last time!

7.
Protean Hulk β€˜s ability triggers and you can return all creatures died this turn to the Battlefield. With Concordant Crossroads (Haste) on the board you can now attack with all you creatures to win the game and finish with style!
