The general idea of the deck is to play aggressively costed, high utility creatures with the format's most efficient disruption and removal to answer the opponent's plays.
Right now I'm playing Kalitas as the top end, but I'm also very interested in Mindwrack Demon, Desecration Demon, Questing Beast, and Reaper of the Wilds depending on how the format shakes out when people start playing.
I think Grisly Salvage, Grim Flayer, Collective Brutality, and Liliana the Last Hope should be enough to fuel the graveyard for Delirium, with Elvish Reclaimer throwing lands into the bin. Thoughtseize and Abrupt Decay seem like they'll probably get played very early as well.
I've focused on lands that enter the battlefield untapped to allow for playing on-curve as much as possible. There's also a small package of utility lands to search for with Reclaimer.
My assumptions for the sideboard are that I'll want to hedge my bets against Mono-red, UW Control, and Copycat. I have no idea how the meta will actually shake out, so I'm just guessing at this point.
I'm on the fence about Deathrite Shaman. He doesn't seem to be at his format-destroying best without reasonably fast fetchlands around. Fabled Passage is just a $15 Evolving Wilds in a format with RDW as a probable top-tier contender. If he doesn't do much in testing, I'll swap him for Golden Goose, Scavenging Ooze, or Sylvan Advocate.
If all the self-mill works out, I'd consider swapping the Grisly Salvage for Traverse the Ulvenwald and add a Ramunap Excavator to get additional value from the utility lands.
