T N T Hulk Cedh on a budget (EDH / Commander)

It's a really fast deck that can win in multiple ways, while being pretty safe at the same time. Multiple ways to win and some counterspell/silence effect's to fight the other players responses.
Apart from the 2 commander's this deck is relatively cheap for a competitive deck.

So why not tainted pact or hermit druid ? Tainted pact isn't that budget anymore, and for hermit druid and tainted pact i would also have to adjust the mana base. It could be cheaper and more consistent, but then i would have to add a lot of tap lands, making the deck slower. If you want to play hulk on a budget, you have to be fast. You wont be able to win vs heavy stacks or Curiosity control's card advantage. So for the sake of having as many untapped lands and winning as fast as possible we didn't put in tainted pact nor Hermit druid.

Depending on what you draw you can win by:

1. Having vizier of remedies + devoted druid to make infinite mana. Then draw your whole deck with Thrasios, Triton Hero and play either jace, wielder of mysteries or thassa's oracle.
2. Flash + protean hulk for Thassa's oracle + Cephalid illusionist + nomads en-Kor. In response to Thassa's oracle enter the battlefield effect, keep targeting cephalid illusionist with nomads en-kor ability and mill your whole deck. Win the game at instant speed.
3. (when you have nomads en-kor or cephalid illusionist in hand) Flash + protean hulk for Thassa's oracle + spellseeker. Search deck for demonic consultation. In response to thassa's oracle trigger, cast demonic consultation winning the game at instant speed.
4. (when you have Thassa's oracle in hand) Flash + protean hulk for Vizier of remedies + devoted druid + grand abolisher. People can't counter you anymore. make infinite mana, hopefully have the colors to cast thrasios, triton hero. And draw deck. Win with jace, wielder of mysteries or Thassa's oracle.
5. Just playing jace, wielder of mysteries or Thassa's oracle + demonic consultation also does the job of course.
