This is a deck for a friend of mine who wants to play Meren. She always seemed to be too powerful for our meta, but I hope she isn't with this build.
We don't run any cruel control effects to avoid staxing half of our players, also I didn't add Gary or Kokusho to avoid easy and unfun wins.
She also said she'd replace her Izoni deck for a Meren, so I tried to follow the spirit of Izoni, granting Meren a powerful toolkit with useful effects.
If she tries this I'll upload the result: It's still too powerful, it's perfect or it's too weak?
I think it's perfect for our meta but only time will tell.
