[Budget] -1 / -1 Counters Control - BRING ALL YOUR DICE (Casual)

Take control of the board by a) producing lots of tokens via Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Nest of Scarabs and b) removing opposing creatures with Blowfly Infestation. Dusk Urchins provide card draw, while Obelisk Spider helps you stay alive. The deck can go infinite as well:
Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons OR Nest of Scarabs + Blowfly Infestation + 2 X/1 creatures in play (you don't need to control those) + a way to place a single -1/-1 counter + Obelisk Spider = infinite life for you + infinite life loss for all opponents.
If you have a Grim Poppet in play, all you need is Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons OR Nest of Scarabs + Blowfly Infestation + Obelisk Spider (Grim Poppet gives someone else a counter, creating a token in the process, then kills the token, Blowfly Infestation puts the counter back onto the Puppet (making another token), and so on. This is also infinite creatures.
If you want to make the deck even more combo-y, you could try to fit in a Bitter Ordeal as an additional win condition. Or add Quillspike and go crazy with Devoted Druid.

This is not intended to be a combo deck - the main plan is to overwhelm your opponents with tons of tokens after having removed any blockers.

UPDATE 1: Following CardAgain Sweater's friendly recommendation, Channeler Initiate has been added to the deck (-1 Contagion Clasp, -1 Grim Affliction, - 1 Swamp). Helps fix our mana (especially useful in this budget version), creates tokens with our engine cards and is also the stone cold nuts with Dusk Urchins.
