To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
With the loss of Paradox Engine, having Grim Monolith in the 99 is less necessary. The high artifact count is to ensure that Mox Opal is always on when you need it. Yes, I am missing Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, and the like (just because I'm smart doesn't mean I'm rich). If you have these cards, feel free to substitute whichever noncombo related cards you feel are unnecessary; my vote is for taking out Night's Whisper and Sign in Blood. The tutors seek to specifically get you what you need while also manipulating the top of your deck (all at a reduced cmc).
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed does double duty here as a combo piece (as part of a package) and he turns all of your normal nonhuman, nontoken creatures into undying ones.
The CMC average is really low (1.63), so landing a fat Ad Nauseam draw is super easy. The old Paradox / Sidisi lists averaged about 1.4 CMC, so we're pretty close to that.
There are a number of ways to manipulate the top of your deck for optimal Bolas's Citadel casting; the most well known being Necropotence. But the Chromatic's (Chromatic Sphere, Chromatic Star, & Arcum's Astrolabe), Spellbomb, and even Expedition Map can get you that much needed shuffle effect to help reset the top of your library for Citadel.
I do not play Exhume as part of the reanimation spell package. Giving my opponents the opportunity to cheat Protean Hulk or Sire of Insanity onto the battlefield is not a top tier play.
