Tortured Affinity (Pauper)

Combination of tortured existence engine with artifact affinity. Stalls the opponent with life gain from dredging golgari brownscale and fog effects from spore frog to look for crypt rats.

Soldevi adnate is used in conjunction with sojourner's companion to produce black mana for rats. Also, using it to sacrifice a grave scrabbler that has been blocked gives 4 black mana that can be used to get grave scrabbler back in hand then recast for maddness to get two creatures back in hand before the end of combat.

Satyr Wayfinder and commune with the gods can be used early game to search for lands and fill the graveyard. Tilling treefolk and myr retriever help to retrieve artifact lands from the graveyard as a result of aggressive stinkweed imp dredging. Myr retriever can also be used to get back Sojourner's companion which can be artifact land cycled and eventually come out for little to no mana. Thorn of the Black Rose makes us the monarch and helps to dredge more creatures to hand. Gingerbrute and Dauthi Slayer are basically unblockable in most matchups and keeps us the monarch.

The sideboard is built with artifact, land, and enchantment hate. Ingot chewer and Goblin Gardener are great for fighting Tron decks by destroying lands, filtering artifacts, and mana rocks. Wispmare can help to destroy enchantments. Finally, Feldon's cane and Bojuka bog helps in mirror matches against tortured existence decks.
