Obvioulsy not as strong as RG Goggles Ramp, UR Goggles or the Red Goggles seen in Pro tour.
But I like Embermaw Hellion, and this one is fun to play with the little Chandra and devils...

Otherwise, it's a classic Red Goggles with lots of burn cards.
Vessel of volatility for a turn 3 goggles, Tormenting Voice and Magmatic Chasm for draw (combined with madness and the temple).
Pia and Kiran add more burn and a bit of protection for Chandra. Foundry of Consuls are there to give more ammo.

Sideboard was built to deal with most of the top 8 decks from SOI Pro Tour.
