Was originally a lifegain deck but it wasn't doing it very well.

upgrades:

Light of the Legion -> Baneslayer Angel
Brave the Sands -> Baneslayer Angel
Solemn Offering -> Benalish Marshal
Return to the Ranks -> Wall of Reverence
White Sun's Zenith -> Wall of Reverence

After some upgrades, Return to the Ranks might need to go; it's already a bit rough with a lot of creatures being 3+ cmc.
Evangel of Heliod is also a very mixed card since its 6 cmc.

I wanna replace White Sun's Zenith since it's never actually been cast to any great effect....

For a goodstuff deck, I might want to make room for Pacifism or Seal Away; the convoke on Devouring Light is cool, but only targeting attacking or blocking creatures is a bigger drawback than targeting a tapped creature. Soul's Attendant with an Ajani's Pridemate is actually kind of busted.
