Basically, you want to suspend a creature with Annihilator. While they tick down each upkeep, go for Mass Land Destruction. This is not foolproof; Swords to Plowshares costs a single white mana.
I've also found extra turns to be more effective than removing time counters from suspended cards. It's very effective when you have multiple suspended cards, as well. Plus, it fits in with the whole Time Wizard thing! So it's cool.

Always suspend things at instant speed before your turn is about to start. Suspending stuff on your turn is dangerous because it telegraphs the play far in advance; one turn could mean a big difference. Suspend on your opponents end step, ticks down to 3 on your turn, extra turn spell, fury charm, it's out.

I call her Slow Jhoira, but really, you're not going to end up always suspending stuff; 4 turns is a long time to wait for things. If your first go at suspending some cards fails, you actually might be in the position to start hard casting big spells. Saheeli is there not to copy Eldrazi, but to copy Thran Dynamo or Sol Ring for that quick extra boost to hard cast a Kozilek or something.

Also:
-You can technically get infinite turns with Charmbreaker Devils and an extra turn spell. It's not a strategy, just a tactic.
