STRATEGY
Your main goal is to mill the entire opponent's library ASAP and try not to get killed in the process. When he/she tries to draw a card and doesn't find any, the victory will be yours.

+The faces of opponents putting their own cards in graveyard.
+Adaptable against a bunch of decks using sideboard or maybeboard.

  • Weak against global damage spells and not multiplayer wise.
  • Almost unable to destroy any kind of permanents in the game.

ATTACK
Ink Dissolver is the core card in the deck since half of the deck is composed of vedalkens and wizards so it's HIGHLY important you have at least one in early game and not miss them to trigger it multiple times and send tons of cards to the grave. Although is NOT recommended to block with Merfolk Mesmerist and Cathartic Adept, I suggest to use them in opponent's end step to have them untapped in the case you need them. Jace's Archivist is the bomb of the deck and you can search it easily using Transmute ability of Drift of Phantasms. For spells you have Dream Twist and Mind Sculpt. The first can be reused with flashback and the second using Archaeomancer ability. Advanced combo: Mind Sculpt -> Archaeomancer -> Mind Sculpt -> Select for Inspection/Sidisi's Faithful (On Archaeomancer) -> Archaeomancer -> Mind Sculpt

DEFENSES
You have Physical walls with Drift of Phantasms and Sidisi's Faithful, that can also sacrifice itself (or another weak creature) to return menaces in the field. Stream of Unconsciousness and Select for Inspection are also good cheap cards to prevent creatures hurt you badly. Sage of Epityr and Merfolk Looter will help with card management and can be used to block after that. Stonybrook Angler can also tap or untap creatures at your convenience and Hisoka's Guard protects all the cards acting as a decoy for removals.

SIDEBOARD OR OPTIONAL CARDS
Replace Select for Inspection for Dispel, Cancel, Nullify or Revolutionary Rebuff depending on wich deck the opponent is using. I also put some cards in the maybeboard viable for this kind of deck.

Have fun.
