This version of Abzan I haven't fully tested, but in theory the goal is to beat you opponents with the traditional Abzan value creatures early in Fleecemane Lion and seeker of the way. Seeker's lifelink trigger is very important as it keeps you afloat against aggressive aggro decks until they run out of steam and you can get your Rhinos and other 4 and 5 CMC out on the battle field.
Where this deck is a little different from the norm is the 2 Become Immense and 1 Titanic Growth I added. This deck doesn't utilize the graveyard except for the Delve mechanic used to cast Become Immense. Titanic Growth is only 2 CMC for +4/+4 until end of turn so both of these are easy to cast and won't strain your mana that you will need to cast more creatures. Rhinos and seekers are extremely good to pump for because the Rhino is going to crash through blockers for big damage and wipe out opponents creatures at the same time. Seekers would gain at minimum 9 life after the prowess and lifelink triggers.
Another twist I added was hangarback walker, Abzan Ascendancy and Harsh Sustenance. Hangarback and Abzan Ascendancy both create flying tokens and can accumulate very quickly. Harsh Sustenance takes what is hopefully a very full board of creatures and deals damage to you opponent for every creature you control. Even if the number of creatures is not super high when the walker dies you are still getting that much more damage with Harsh Sustenance.
Plains walkers: Sorin and Ajani, Mentor of Heros (Elspeth also makes some appearances, but I only run 2 of the three in the main board.) Sorkin and Ajani are my first choices because they are cheaper than Elspeth and aid in life gain or adding +1/+1 counters. Elspeth is a perfect fit too if you aren't playing against an aggressive aggo deck in that Elspeth creates 3 new creatures each turn making Harsh Sustenance that much more HARSH.
