To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Depending on who you talk to, either ramp decks or combo decks are the strongest in EDH. Damia, Sage of Stone is my attempt to combine both archetypes while running the strongest cards the three strongest colors in EDH have to offer. The main plan is to use green and artifact ramp to cast an entwined Tooth and Nail around turn four. Should this fail, you can tutor for one of your backup combos or use Damia, Sage of Stone's ability to refill your hand. Unlike most combo decks, almost every individual card in the deck is incredibly powerful on its own giving the deck impressive ability to recover when behind. The massive amount of ramp leaves you with a strong board state in the event your combo fails to win you the game. Extra turn cards allow you to take advantage of all the mana the deck generates and the cards Damia, Sage of Stone draws. While not as fast as Hermit Druid combo, it's roughly as resilient without appearing to be an inherently unfair deck. You can win without comboing by relying on the strength of cards like Blatant Thievery, Sylvan Primordial, and Rite of Replication.
Combos:
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion (Usually fetched with Tooth and Nail or Defense of the Heart + an extra turn card when possible.)
Use one of Triskelion's +1/+1 counters to deal one damage to a player and the other two to kill the Triskelion. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed causes Triskelion to come back with an extra +1/+1 counter. Repeat until all your opponents are dead.
Palinchron + Mana Reflection/Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger
Generates infinite mana of any color you can produce with your lands provided at least two of them can tap for blue. Requires six or more lands. Ancient Tomb counts double under Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and quadruple under Mana Reflection. Using Phantasmal Image to copy Palinchron, it can be done with seven lands and no mana doubler. Phyrexian Metamorph copying Palinchron can make mana at the cost of four life each with no mana doubler if you control six lands plus Ancient Tomb.
Progenitor Mimic + Eternal Witness + Time Warp/Temporal Manipulation/Capture of Jingzhou/Walk the Aeons
Generates infinite turns, as you copy Eternal Witness every turn getting back an extra turn effect. You can generate massive value with this interaction without going "infinite" by repeatedly getting back value spells like Blatant Thievery and Bribery.
Mana Reflection + Grim Monolith
Generates infinite colorless mana. Tap Grim Monolith for six mana, use four mana to untap it, repeat.
