Spike Pillow (EDH / Commander)

Possible Win Combos:
-Have greater than 50 life, play Eternity Vessel + Aetherflux Reservoir, deal 50 direct damage then play a land to reset life
-Have greater than 50 life, play Exquisite Blood + Aetherflux Reservoir, deal 50 damage, gain 50 life back, repeat until everyone is dead!
-Have Exquisite Blood + (Defiant Bloodlord or Sanguine Blood or Vizkopa Guildmage), trigger a life gain or life loss scenario, this causes an infinite loop; Kill everyone (Can use Enduring Ideal, Enlightened Tutor or Lim-Dûl's Vault to help get this combo)
-Have (Defiant Bloodlord or Sanguine Blood) + (Beacon of Immortality) to deal massive direct damage (if you have out Alhammarret's Archive it doubles the damage/lifegain for each one on the battlefield)
-Use (Tree of Perdition or Sorin Markov) to reduce an opponent's life to 13 or 10 then kill with direct damage (keep in mind, the setting of an opponent's life total is the same as them losing X life where X is the difference between what life they have now and what you set it to, thus, you would gain X life if you had Exquisite Blood out)
-Make your pillowfort well enough with enchantments and you can win by Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance
-Helm of Obedience + (Leyline of the Void or Rest In Peace)

Board Wipes: Supreme Verdict, Nevinyrral's Disk, Oblivion Stone and possibly Spreading Plague (depending on color)
