To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
For 4b you can Necromantic Summons to reanimate Swift Warkite, you get a 6/6 dragon that gets back either Jace, Vryn's Prodigy or Nissa, Vastwood Seer. They have haste so you can flip Jace immediately or go look for that one forest and flip Nissa immediately. This is the interaction that inspired the deck. The fact that for 5-6 mana you can get a dragon + a flipped walker in play. And Kcommand can get back the dragon or a walker.
I think Necromantic Summons is a powerful card. Especially when combined with Despise, removal and Jace, who can always flash it back to steal a discarded Siege Rhino or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. It fills a similar role as Exert Influence except it has no power restrictions. Sure it doesn't technically steal creatures in play but if you're playing with despise and removal then you don't care.
Of course my hope is that Shadows Over Innistrad brings some cheaper reanimation spells to make this strategy even stronger. There are some nice 3 drops in Oath that would fit this strategy as well. Namely, Reflector Mage. :) I just want a 3-4 mana reanimation spell with some drawback maybe.
