To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
A deck Idea I've been playing around with for awhile and decided to settle on a recursion deck.
Some combos and plays. (with the ideal opening hand)
[[Swamp]] to cast [[entomb]], place [[Sheoldred, whispering one]] into the graveyard.
[[swamp]] to cast [[exhume]] to bring out [[sheoldred, whispering one]].
[[urborg, tomb of yawgmoth]] (if available) to use the three mana to pay for [[buried alive]]. There are some options for which creatures to place from here. [[Griselbrand]], [[Overseer of the Damned]], and [[mikaeus the unhallowed]] are a good combo.
Upkeep bringout [[griselbrand]], play [[swamp]] then pay the four needed for [[dread return]] or another animate like [[reanimate]] or another [[exhume]] to bring out [[Mikaeus the unhallowed]]
Swing and win?
Other good combos that have been working well.
[[Kokusho the evening star]] and [[Jarad, Golgari lich lord]]
Using [[Jarad, Golgari lich lord]]'s ability to sac [[Kokusho the evening star]] giving you 5 life and taking 10 life from your opponent. If you have [[Mikaeus the unhallowed]] on the board thats just a plus, [[Kokusho the evening star]] comes back as a 6/6 taking 11 life next time.
This deck isn't necessarily meant to kill quickly as much as it is to get the big hitters out fast, and consistently. I wanted to keep a theme of zombies and demons, always saw the demons commanding the undead. [[Sheoldred, whispering one]] and [[Kokusho the evening star]] were too good to pass up though.
Any ideas and suggestions on improvement always welcome.
