Mono Black Zombie Devotion ft. Yawgmoth Combo

Update: The combo below likely does not work due to the way targets are declared (see asterisk and the comments). However, the combo WILL awoke if you have TWO undying creatures. Just alternate between the two.

Main combo: Yawgmoth, thran physician, an undying creature, and zulaport cutthroat all on the field.

1. Activate yawgmoth’s ability sacrificing the undying creature.
2. Undying and blood artist/zulaport cutthroat trigger go on the stack. Opponent loses one life, you gain back the one life you used to pay for yawgmoth, and the creature you sacrificed is back.
3. Yawgmoth resolves. Since it is an “up to one” target, you choose after resolution*. Select the undying creature.
4. You draw a card and remove the +1 counter from undying with the -1 counter from yawgmoth.
5. You’re not back where you started, with one extra card and your opponent down one life. Rinse and repeat to one.

*Not sure if this is correct, but it is usually how it works with walkers with similar ability, like flipped baby Jace. Time will tell. Even if it doesn’t work, the combo will work if you have two undying creatures, and yawgmoth is still an insane value monster.
