[EDH] Lazav, the Multifarious - Self Mill Voltron version (EDH / Commander)

Lazav, the Multifarious is a very unique legend from the Dimir of Guilds of Ravnica and maybe it's the only one that makes possible to play Phage the Untouchable!

The "great" idea is this: we can make Lazav hit one opponent copying an elusive creature, like Changeling Outcast or Slither Blade, and copy Phage the Untouchable before the damage phase. In this way, the opponent we hit will just lose the game!

Thankfully, this way to go works with a voltron or infect strategy too. In the same way, we can copy Vector Asp to make Lazav gain Infect and after that copy Phyrexian Dreadnought for 12 poison counter. Without Vector Asp, we will need more attack to remove from the game one opponent for commander damage, but the strategy is always the same.

We just need to dump in the graveyard what we need and for this we can easly use tutors like Buried Alive or Entomb, loot effects or even wheel effects! We can even use the Mesmeric Orb + Basalt Monolith selfmill combo (with Aphetto Alchemist as backup for Monolith) to start milling our deck, counting on Laboratory Maniac as other wincon!

The remaning cards are interaction to keep in check our opponents combo, protect Lazav, deal with threats and protect our graveyard (Stifle and Trickbind are here for that).

Lazav, the Multifarious sounds like a funny, versatile and customizable commander that can find a lot of good creature to copy from the graveyard and with a cool synergistic ETB ability.

Lazav, the Multifarious è una leggenda piuttosto unica da Dimir di Gilde di Ravnica e forse è l'unica che permette di giocare Phage the Untouchable!

La "grande" idea è questa: possiamo far colpire un avversario Lazav copiando una creatura elusiva come Changeling Outcast o Slither Blade e copiare Phage the Untouchable prima della fase di danno. In questo modo, l'avversario che avremo colpito perderà semplicemente la partita!

Per fortuna, questo piano funziona anche con strategia voltron o infect. Allo stesso modo, possiamo copiare Vector Asp per far guadangare Infettare a Lazav, dopodiche copaire Phyrexian Dreadnought per 12 segnalini veleno. Senza Vector Asp, abbiamo bisogno più attacchi per rimuovere un avversario per Danni da Comandante, ma la strategia resta la stessa.

Dobbiamo solo gettare nel cimitero ciò che ci serve e possiamo farlo facilmente con tutori come Buried Alive o Entomb, effetti di loot o anche effetti di ruote! Possiamo usare anche a combo selfmill Mesmeric Orb + Basalt Monolith (con Aphetto Alchemist come backup per monolito) per iniziare a macinare il nostro mazzo, contando su Laboratory Maniac come altra wincon!

Le carte restanti sono interazioni per tenere sotto controllo le combo dei nostri avversari, proteggere Lazav, risolvere eventuali minacce e proteggere il nostro cimitero (Stifle e Trickbind sono qui per questo).

Lazav, the Multifarious sembra un comandante divertente, versatile e personalizzabile che può trovarte un sacco di belle creature da copiare dal cimitero e con una bella e sinergica abilità ETB.
