Rankle, Master of Pranks is a cool pseudovoltron elusive and hasten commander that has three trigger ability when it deals combat damages to a player. I think the best way to build it is focusing primarly on one of those, but I had to try to trigger as much as possible!

It's important to keep in mind that we have to have Rankle in play to do anything so it's a good idea to play arond 15 ramp to be able to cast and recast it.

The first trigger makes every player to discard a card and we can easly break the symmetry playing recursive cards like Bloodghast or Phyrexian Reclamation while using discard focused card like Bone Miser or Waste Not to gain more advantage. We can use the discard even to play around a reanimator theme discarding our big and scary Razaketh, the Foulblooded or Vilis, Broker of Blood and use Reanimate like card to bring 'em back.

The second trigger let everyone draw a card (for 1 life) and that's the harder to break in mono B. The easiest thing we can do with this trigger is try to draw our combo cards or our tutors. About the combo, we can run Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista for infinite damages at 6 mana and we can play it naturally or with Buried Alive + Victimize. Beside, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed helps us breaking the symetry of the last trigger.

Last we can make every player sacrifice a creature. We can play around this effect with the recursive and reanimator cards already packed up for the discard, but we can make our life easier considering some token generator like Bitterblossom to have always something to sacrifice. The sweet thing is that we can even use our reanimation spells to bring back our opponent's creature!

So, Rankle, Master of Pranks is pretty much customizeble depending where we want to go with the deck and how fast we want to play, but I thing it's a good commander for a pesudo voltron strategy and for medium tables.
