To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Sapling of Colfenor is a cool golgari pseudo voltron commaner that tries to use its ability to make advantage while digging for a way to close the game.
First of all, it cost 5 mana so we need to push a lot on the ramp and land section. Second of all, it cares a lot about creatures, so mana dork are a must.
Leading in this direction, we want to play as much creature as possible for interaction, ramp, draw and whatever else (without cutting great noncreature cards in the process).
Even with numbers on our side, would be nice to rearrange the top of our library and we can easly play Mirri's Guile (the only reason to play at least a couple of fetches), Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top and Sylvan Library.
With all set and with all of those creature, we need a way to win. I tought about Craterhoof Behemoth and Kamahl, Heart of Krosa because are both creature, are searchable with different creature tutor like Green Sun's Zenith and Finale of Devastation and we can "draw" them with the Sapling of Colfenor ability.
Overall, Sapling of Colfenor seems to be a very solid deck, with the capability to destroy key threat while digging into the deck searching for a way to win or to gain control of the game. The rock in EDH!

The rock in EDH!
