Memnarch is pretty strange legendary creature from Darksteel that loves having a lot of mana and loves stealing others artifacts. It is a bit slow as a commander considering its cmc but nothing will stop us to steal every permanent on the battlefield!

First we need to be able to play Memnarch and have some mana to protect it, so it's important to play a lot of mana rocks, discount effects and lands that gives more than one mana.

Then we shoud try to have enough mana to start taking control of permanents. We can make our game easier with Training Grounds or Liquimetal Coating, but will be even easier with infinite mana. The most synergistic way is the Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal combo that fit in smoothly with all the mana rocks. I have to say that while stealing all the permanents is a great way to stop our opponents to play Magic, it's not a easy way to control the game and it's not a win on the spot but a slow and tedious wincon.

We can afford another combo and this time is a strait up win: Sensei's Divining Top + Aetherflux Reservoir. With those cards in play plus a card that let us play from the top of our deck, like Mystic Forge, and a discount card, like Etherium Sculptor, we can draw our entire deck and win shooting all our opponents.

By the way, Aetherflux Reservoir works with Isochron Scepter too!

Memnarch will lead to long long long games but, at least, will give some controlly but different one every time.
