This deck is fun as well as extremely cheap.

[Playtest 1]
Triad of Fates turned out to be too slow even when you put counters during your opponent's turn. Put it in the sideboard and substituted more Cloudshift.

[EDIT 1]
Replaced Lingering souls with triplicate spirits because its on no ban-lists. Also, MOAR SPIRITS!
Additionally, I'm thinking about using Rousing of Souls or Seize the Soul. Not sure what to replace though...
