To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

NEW:
The last hottest thing to happen for Brago was Manifest, essentially letting him cheat permanents out.
Now, beyond the new Primordial Mist that released with C18, I've caught up to 2 new toys:
Welcome to my greedy 75% Brago list, a nice sampling of all that the King Eternal has to offer.
If dropping Turn 1 Rhystic Study, Turn 3 Ugin (...Tron? is that you!?), or locking your opponents out of their early ramp with Lavinia of the Tenth sounds good to you, read on...
RATIONALE:
Brago is flexible enough to be played as Stax control, Superfriends, Token, Combo, and Tempo. Depending on your meta, some of those options may be wiser than others; for myself, my group tends to treat combos as "big gun" decks - but I got bored with LabMan, Strionic or DEN for win-cons, so I indulged my greed by jamming a bit of everything else in.
INTERACTION:
This is the most meta-dependent part of any deck.
Sometimes having a Swords to Plowshares up is essential to prevent a blowout; sometimes you need heavy amounts of boardwipes; counterspell needs will vary based on the number of combos to shut down, and how you otherwise protect your key pieces. I like my mix, but I totally get there are arguments for different combinations. I also enjoy feedback, so don't be shy to share your perspectives.
DECK TECH:
1) BRAGO - being such a unique engine, I wasn't going to build a deck that didn't want him around all the time.
2) TUTORS - 4 Engines
3) PLANESWALKERS
4) TOKENS
5) COMBO
6) CONTROL
In general, you'll notice a tendency to opt toward value engines, leading to a grindier, long-con win that outmatches opponents' card advantage.
STRENGTHS:
1) Fast Mana: at 75%, you get the explosive cards that let you scream out the gate without the oppressively low curve that guarantees Turn 2 wins
2) Tempo: tempo advantage is baked into Brago. Even if you're not oppressively bouncing or destroying opponents' permanents, resetting your resources after each combat inevitably puts you ahead
3) Card Advantage: Brago gets grindy. Repeated removal, punisher and stax effects scale and make your control much more efficient.
WEAKNESSES:
1) Low Redundancy: while this list fields multiple paths to victory, most recursion slots have been cannibalized to enable that, and as a deck that relies on its board state, protection and timing become critical
2) Aggro / Fast Combo: if a fast and combat heavy deck targets you, they will have a major advantage. The presence of fast mana does give you a chance to race, but at this curve it isn't a guarantee Brago's engines will come online in time
3) Targeted Hate: Torpor Orb, Hushwing Gryff, Containment Priest: these effects single-handedly hose Brago. KILL THEM WITH FIRE!
