To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Highlights:
Getting a good pool despite the judges' best efforts.
Transforming Hanweir Militia Captain.
Giving my whole team Flying, Lifelink, and Skulk with Odric, Lunarch Marshal.
Round 2, Game 2: I had a Morkrut Necropod with True-Faith Censer, an Apothecary Geist, and a Kindly Stranger. My opponent had ~9. My opponent had a Nearheath Chaplain with Hope Against Hope and True-Faith Censer, 3 flyers and 3 nonflyers. I swung the Morkrut Necropod to sac a land to get 3/4 Delirium for Kindly Stranger. Fortunately, even though they could have killed my Apothecary Geist, they didn't. I then used Murderous Compulsion to kill my own Apothecary Geist to reach Delirium, then transformed my Kindly Stranger to kill their giant Nearheath Chaplain. They still won that game easily, but it was really funny.
Lowlights:
The head judge used the old deck pass policy. When I asked why, he said "Just cuz.". After registration, but before deckbuilding, I showed the other judge the article that states the new policy. He didn't read it at all and said it was only for Grand Prix. I pointed it out again, and he basically said "Well, we already messed up, so whatever.". My pool was fantastic. Fortunately, the person I gave a ride ended up with the pool, but I was still bothered by this lack of knowledge and laziness.
