This is a cheaper version of my very expensive Ur-Dragon deck. See here: https://deckstats.net/decks/4956/1725147-the-ur-dragon-commander-break-/

The budget here is around 125 Euro (MKM price), most cards are below 5 euro with only like 5 that are above that. These are Sarkhan Unbroken, Aggravated Assault, Smothering Tithe, Austere Command and Dragonlord Atarka. There are not really suitable replacements since they bring so much power to the table.

The Dragons are mostly picked for direct impact or their unique abilities. There is a lot more targeted damage in this list of dragons compared to the expensive version because cheaper decks are more creature heavy. Non-Dragons have only the typical amount of 2 ramp creatures.

The Instants have been redesigned to be mostly for targeted removal plus the usual tutor for dragons. Sorceries remain mostly ramp with a few board wipes. Artifacts remain mostly ramp. Enchantments didnt change much, instead of Sneak Attack Temur Ascendancy was added and Garruk's Uprising replaces Rhystic Study. The planeswalkers use a different Sarkhan to still have ramp.

Biggest change was with the lands. Instead of very expensive dual, fetch and shock lands this mana base uses 13 budget fetch lands, 5 Battle lands which are searchable with fetches as well as 18 basics. the remaining 4 lands are 1 Command Tower, Haven of the Spirit Dragon and Path of Ancestry which are too good to not use adn one Exotic Orchard, since the deck needed just a bit more help with fixing.
