Clues. All the clues. The basis of the deck is simple: investigate like crazy and trigger one of the three win conditions the deck boasts. Tamiyo's Journal is a clue sacking engine on it's own, so you shouldn't need to worry too much about paying to do each clue. Plus Alhammarret's Archive boosts both card draw and life gain. Use these artifacts to synergize with the Graf Moles and whip out a Sovereign for the win. Or alongside Fleeting Memories to mill the other person's deck to nothing. Or hulk out a Tracker and smash your opponent's face in with it. The options are all there.
The sideboard is a lot of added combat tricks. Glare for removal, Press for a similar effect. Root Out for enchantment heavy decks and Not Forgotten to mess with graveyards. Most of them Investigate to help further that cause.
Also, if you wanted to add Planeswalkers, go ahead. Although I'm not sure which would be best as none really bolster the clue-biased synergy. Also I chose not to make this a budget deck, but it easily could become something close to one by simply making changes to the land base.
