So, I'll admit that putting Omnath in the same deck as The Gitrog Monster is a bit...ambitious. However, using cards that pull basic lands of your choice and avoiding dual color lands completely seems to let it play alright. More than anything though, the Gitrog combined with the Groundskeepers allows this landfall deck to get around that pesky issue of your deck petering out if the game goes long. Between this combo and the Sword of the Animist, you should always be hitting your triggers. Also, Seasons Past is in there as both recursion and a sort of mill prevention. I've watched friends mill themselves out with landfall decks before.

Sideboard is mostly straightforward in the form of added land pull and buffs. There's some removal in the form of Ultimate Price as well. Nissa is in there only because I was kind of back and forth over dropping her in this deck. I had another idea for a landfall deck where she could play a little better that I'll build later. Either way, she could work just fine. Atarka's Command is a powerhouse that can screw with a lot of other deck's strategies and Shamble Back is in there to mess with graveyard oriented strategies. Essentially, if you kill something you can ensue it stays gone or keep the other guy from gaining Delirium off of it.
