Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Vizier of Remedies or Solemnity make Kitchen Finks, Safehold Elite or Putrid Goblin persist forever. With this setup, Blasting Station wins with infinite damage and Altar of Dementia Mills oponents entire library. Viscera Seer can be found with all our creature tutors and get inifinite scry to find a wincon (and infinite life with Kitchen Finks). Blood Artist wins the game in that infinite loop.
Our tutors can find the combo creatures or specific hatebears post board. Rally the Ancestors can represent an instant-win if we have all missing pieces in the graveyard.
Mother of Runes and Giver of Runes and Inquisition of Kozilek protect our combo pieces. Finally, there is some ramp and a bunch of removal - with focus on handling any kind of permanent - to hopefully make it to the point where we can combo off.
Maybe it would be better to play more ramp and cut Swords to Plowshares and Fatal Push, but i feel that there is need for some efficient removal to interact with the opponent.
