Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Vizier of Remedies and Solemnity make persist creatures come back forever. With the sacrificy outlets, we have an infinite loop. Murderous Redcap just wins with that loop, and any persist creature with Blasting Station also directly wins. Sac outlet plus Heliod and Kitchen Finks also works for infinite life. Blood Artist wins the game in the infinite sacrifice loop. Solemnity is kind of a nonbo with Heliod, but thanks to the persist creatures i still include it - and it hoses a couple of opposing strategies, and makes it so that Phyrexian Unlife prevents us from loosing the game.

Eladamri's Call, Eldritch Evolution, Traverse, Chord of Calling and Green Sun's Zenith help us find our combo pieces.

As we have a couple of tutors, I included a bunch of hate creatures to stop what our oponent is trying to do.

Eternal Witness rebuys combo pieces from the graveyard.

Mother of Runes and Inquisition of Kozilek protect our combo pieces. Finally, there is some ramp and a bunch of removal to hopefully make it to the point where we can combo off.
