Zada and Mentor together in harmony!
11/11/2015 - I played at Level Up Games in South Saint Paul with this deck and went 3-1-0 (6-2-0 overall).
My loss was to a mono red prowess deck. Even after sideboarding in my blue control spells for game 2 I couldn't over come their awesome draws and my poor starts.
I think I lost to mono red mainly due to bad draws and because of the cards themselves.
I must add that Zada is for real. Even though she is a four drop I wait to play her on turn five so that I can cast a defiant strike or titan strength on Zada to trigger the copy ability at least once before my opponent goes to remove her.
If I have a feat of resistance in hand I will wait until turn seven so that I can save her and give my other creatures a counter and protection from my opponent's creatures and spells.
This deck was really fun to play.
