To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
I know this deck will be far better with Liliana of the Veil, I've actually tested her myself for a while.
What I found is that, since I've put Liliana in the list, I didn't cast Pox any more. Why take the risk to cast such a backfiring spell if you can just control the board with Liliana?
The point is: this is a Pox deck. If I'm thinking of putting Pox out, I'm just working on another deck, maybe some mono-black Liliana deck of sort, and I'm not interested in doing so.
Also, this is the deck I play in real life and I currently don't own any Liliana nor I'm planning to buy it in the near future.
