Brace yourself, flood is coming.

If You had ever expirenced spreading seas on Your land, You will know how hard does it mess with our play. Nothing is dealing more hate for shocklands, taplands, Urza land's, Inkmoth Nexus (... here should be written all kind of man land's blabla...) for our opponent that spread our seas on his lands.

First of all, we are taking advantage of creating island's for our opponent. This makes their game much much slower and prevents them for playing many bad spells that actually costs double or even triple mana of each colour. Or maybe you just want to make Tron player cry. Just see TOP 8 modern decks.

Straightforward; our main task is to make as much "Islands" on our opponent's land and then take advantage of Modern-Legal Boil and Boiling Seas, as we are playing nearly no Islands (forgive me those 2, but i think they are necessary), we are wasting all opponent's lands and we are still fully boarded.

We are playing a little negation, like cursecatcher which is pretty expensive, but is highly valuable card and is combing with our aquitect's will. Aquitect's will itself isn't as good as it should be, because our opponent can use their land as normal, so we are playing only 2 of them.

Basic win condition is to waste all opponent's land as soon as we think it's a high time, and then take advantage of our creatures like Aetherling, Chasm Skulker, or even Master of Waves. Our opponent's is likely to start the game just from beggining, and if board is loaded with nasty creatures we are about to sideboard anger of the gods and bolts in the next game, works perfectly against zoo's.

Chasm Skulker is in my opinion interesting card, even if we are not playing many "draw a card" effect's, still after getting few counter on him, we can attack, and then cast Rapid Hybryblablabla to explode him with many, possible unblockable 1/1 tokens with still 3/3 on board. I know, there are many better solutions, but it's just idea that we can easly afford, if You feel potential in this, just add more expensive cards and see what will happen.

It is not a super-competetive deck, rather a super-fun deck, but it still can be really challenging to our opponents, especially when they are running very expensive deck with wide angle of non-basic lands.

Please, share Your opinion about this deck, I'm really looking forward to Your support and advices, and as my previous deck, to be really high on "top decks" on this side :P Thank You!
