Midrange Beatdown strategy which uses the ability of Rakdos, Lord of Riots to bring out big threats for essentially reduced mana costs. Small pingers like Mogg Fanatic, Goblin Fireslinger or Honden of Infinite Rage help to bring out Rakdos on turn 4. Hexproof-/Shroud-Equips like Lightning Greaves and a bunch of handdisruption like Liliana's Specter, Blazing Specter, Appetite for Brains or Blightning help to protect the Commander.

Besides of the beatdown- and handdisruption-plan there is a small graveyard-value-theme in the deck: Sacrificing creatures you don't need anymore with Tymaret, The Murder King, Lyzolda, The Blood Witch, Disciple of Bolas, Falkenrath Aristocrat, Tormented Thoughts, etc. creates extra value - also by triggering Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat, for example. With cards like Phyrexian Delver, Garna the Bloodflame, or Liliana Vess it is possible to get those sacrificed creatures back.

Last but not least this is kind of a demon tribe deck. Blood Speaker and Mark of the Oni are offering obvious value. And well, this is a Rakdos-EDH-Deck. #flavor # stylereasons ;)
