Thing Deck (Standard)

I use the clues as card draw and the permanent to sacrifice for Angelic Purge. If needed, counter your own spell with a Clash of Wills, spend 1 blue and no other mana to cast. This will cause the spell to resolve, removing a counter from the Thing in the Ice...the X variable of the Clash of Wills being 0, allows you to 'pay' it for no mana, allowing your original spell to resolve. Removing a second counter from the Thing in the Ice. When casting cards with awaken,if possible target the Westvale Abbey giving it 3 +1/+1 counters, when sacrificing the creatures and flipping it, the Westvale Abbey flips to the Ormendahl, Profane Prince retaining the +1/+1 counters making it a 12/10. Once you have a a Not Forgotten in the grave yard, you Not Forgotten putting the one in the graveyard on top of your deck. If Skywise Teachings is in play, paying the 2 mana will net you a 1/1 flying spirit and a 2/2 flying djinn every turn to help with the Westvale Abbey. The rest of the deck is pretty straight forward. The side board is meant to transform the deck to a mill deck. It is a work in progress.
