Eldritch Evolution is a card released from Eldritch Moon, and its power is pretty strong. Most players currently are brewing around a creature toolbox deck that trades mana dorks and small creatures for specific cards like magus of the moon that hate the opponent out of the game. That is not what we are doing here. We are going bigger. Better.

This deck is designed to fill the grave quickly in order to play a delve creature like Gurmag Angler or Tasigur, the Golden Fang. This strategy is already fairly strong and in certain games an early angler is enough to win. But since we aren't here to play fair, we then use eldritch evolution to turn our delve creature into some degenerate monster like Griselbrand to carry the game away from our opponents.

Strengths:
Fairly fast, consistent combo that can't be interacted with by killing the creature.
You get to play really, really big CMC creatures!
Very interactive, lots of counterspells and kill spells.

Weaknesses:
The combo is weak to counter magic. If you play against a deck with counterspells it will significantly delay your combo until you can protect it with counters of your own.
If your big fat fatty doesn't win the game you will have difficulty closing out the game.

Notes:
Empyrial Archangel is a seemingly strange choice, but it is very good against burn, death shadow's zoo, and infect.
Collective Brutality is an excellent card for filling the graveyard and guaranteeing the turn 3 delve creature.
