This is a white-bordered Jumpstart pack based loosely around the idea of the 9th Edition white theme deck, Army of Justice. The notion is to go wide with creatures, and then use anthems or combat tricks to push through. White-border does not have a lot of token producers (Sacred Mesa is the best one, but is probably too strong for limited), and the combat tricks are pretty bad, but we do the best we can. First strike + power boosters seems like a strong plan.

Note that there are no white-bordered tokens. The original Anthologies box set (where Pegasus Stampede comes from) contained silver-border Pegasus tokens, so that's what I'm using here. If you're really bummed about the not-thematic but reasonably powerful Serra Angel in the other rare slot, then you can replace it with Icatian Town, but you'll have to figure out your own white-border Citizen tokens.

Terramorphic Expanse takes the place of Thriving Heath because it was printed in white border (in Italian) for the Salvat 2005 cats deck. If you don't like hunting down weird foreign cards, then you can replace it with either City of Brass or two 8th Edition tap duals, in this case Coastal Tower and Elfhame Palace.
