No infinite combo, Thousand-Year Storm deck. Wins by decking itself or blasting opponents with Niv damage. Thousand-Year Storm is definitely not needed to win, but untapping with it in play generally puts you so far ahead that losing is difficult after that.

Alhammarret's Archive + Tolarian Winds or Winds of Change also tends to win the game (with damage or with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries)
If Niv-Mizzet, Parun is unavailable The Locust God can stand in as a win con.

With the inclusion of Underworld Breach, it is now possible to storm off using Wheel of Fortune, a ritual, and a cost reducer.

Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is included to use as a cheap way to shuffle the graveyard back into the library and is rarely cast.

Because the deck doesn't run Curiosity. Isochron Scepter or Sensei's Divining Top, Niv-Mizzet, Parun gets less hate and that leads to more enjoyable games.

Generally I don't like to run many tutors, but Long-Term Plans is unique in that it can tutor for anything at instant speed, and it is often possible to draw whatever is needed the same turn using a cantrip.
