To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
A small casual deck constructed for 1-on-1 play only which is absolutly Old School (93/94-Format) legal without killing your wallet and without cost you at least one if not both of your kidneys.
Plus, this deck may (or may not, depending on your casual groups power-level) even wins against decks build out todays current cards.
The deck is a very defensive control deck which tries to build up a very strong combo.
To take the elephant in the room at first, the deck wins by playing Karma and change the Land-Word by using Magical Hack to the type of lands your opponent plays the most.
So by playing against a black deck this deck has a realy light play, playing against green and red is the point when Magical Hack comes in handy.
The one and only real weakness of this deck is to play agains blue or white. When this case becomes the problem you have to remember "you do not need more then two Pains and one Island on the battlefield" this deck works very well with 3-4 lands in total. Hold your Lands and discard them if needet.
To the rest of the deck, we play big Wall creatures with flying and even 2 Serra Angel which could maybe win the game if nothing else works.
The Balance and Wrath of God are panic-buttons so use them wisely or else your doors will be wide open pretty fast. The usual way to get rid of a overwhelming board is another smart little combo.
Play Festival at your opponents upkeep and befor they move to attack cast Siren's Call. In the best case your opponent will now loose all his beaters in his end phase.
Have fun!
