Originally designed for casual multiplayer games with friends, but increasingly made more competitive, though still a budget deck. Use mulch, grisly salvage, Lotleth troll and Stinkweed imp to fill the graveyard, and then reanimate the likes of Angel of Serenity or Ashen Rider with Unburial Rites. Siege Rhinos can be hard casted or reanimated as need be.
Mana base is budget, namely being built out of what I have to hand, and is the first thing to upgrade. Sideboard needs testing, but in theory covers a wide range of match ups.
Edit: Due to lockdown, lack of play etc etc, I have no idea of the current meta, although I'm aware some interesting new options have come out for reanimator decks in modern (alas, Archon of Cruelty's probably a little beyond my price range, although some of the enabling cards might be very handy). Manabase has been tweaked, however.

Swapped out the two fetches, the concealed courtyard and the canopy vista for 4 sunpetal groves. This was mostly motivated by the need for the canopy vista and at least one of the fetches elsewhere, but to be honest considering canopy vista was the only dual that could be fetched, I think this manabase actually runs smoother. Especially since this is a budget deck and I don't have the funds for a full fetch + shockland manabase.
